Welcome to the home page of the Northwest Arkansas Recruiting Staffing Professionals (NWARSP) website. Please feel free to browse around the various tabs and learn more about the organization, its purpose and mission.
Our mission is to help and strengthen the local NWA recruiting and talent acquisition recruiting professional and profession.
Our goal is to create a forum and network where we can meet, collaborate, learn, ask for help, provide assistance, network, share, socialize and have some fun!
Our motto is: TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More.
Our membership is open to all local recruiting associated professionals to include: college, university, agency, RPO, EPO, staffing, contingency, retained, corporate, in-house, independent, HR, career management, training, and support organizations. We encourage you to join us at one of our monthly local events (more information provided in the “Events” tab).
Our Events: Our flagship event is our bi-monthly luncheon and 'Speakers Forum". We meet for lunch and have a speaker who provides encouragement, insight and information on a topic that is related to recruiting profession. These 'speakers forums' have occasionally been dubbed "Lessons form the Masters" - since they are unique opportunities to hear and learn from masters in our profession.
Our other event is a bi-monthly "Evening Out" which is a relaxed and informal networking and social event where guests and members can meet after work at a local pub .
