NWARSP
NorthWest Arkansas Recruiting Staffing Professionals

About NWARSP:

The goal of NWARSP is to create a forum and network where we can meet, collaborate, learn, ask for help, provide assistance, share and socialize. Membership is open to all recruiting associated professionals to include: college, university, agency, RPO, EPO, staffing, contingency, retained, corporate, in-house, independent, HR, career management, vendors and trainers. NW Arkansas and the local Recruiting – Staffing profession have many things in common: growth, challenges, changes, increased complexity, increased demands, limited resources and a growing maturity. The history of the growth of NWA is a story of success because of collaboration, talent sharing, networking and working together for the good of all. Not only does NWA have many strong companies and organizations but NWA also has a very diverse and strong local recruiting and staffing talent.
Like many recruiting professionals, I really don’t need more information in my already busy day – what I need is a local network of fellow recruiting-staffing professionals where we can share ideas, frustrations, best practices and encouragement. A network where we can interact professionally and socially, grow and have fun. No matter if you are a new recruiter assistant, a veteran recruiting manager, a college admissions officer, a director of recruiting, a HR generalist or own your own agency – you are welcome. We are a TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More. Our profession, like few others, is unique because of its purpose, required skills, value, challenges, structure, demands and rewards. We believe the “War for Talent” will place increased demands on our profession. NWARSP’s goal is to assist the recruiting profession by providing monthly events, speaker forums, training and resources. Our mission is to help the recruiting profession
