FAQ: 1) How do I make Advance Reservations to NWARSP Events? Reservations are needed for the NWARSP luncheons. Because of the seating capacity at the various venues - seating is limited. Because of the popularity of the speaker or venue - many events get sold out in days / weeks. Make your advance reservations by completing the adjacent form. If there is an opening, the NWARSP Staff will reply with a confirmation of your reservation or notify you if the event is full and has gone to a stand by list. Please email nwarsp@aol.com of any questions, concerns or cancelations. 2) How do I pay for Advance Reservations to a NWARSP event? There are two options to pay for your NWARSP event. 1) Pay via PayPal option found on the newsletter. Please note you can pay viaCredit Card via the link provided above. 2) With your advance reservation you can pay the NWARSP staff member the day of the event at the door. You can pay cash or check.
3) What if I have to cancel my advance reservation(s)? We understand how busy many are and how schedules change daily. Canceling a reservation is very much appreciated. Because of limited seating, NWARSP often has many people waiting for an opening on a stand by list. To cancel your reservation, simply email nwarsp@aol.com or call 479-409-4192 as soon as you can so we can inform the next person on our standby list.
